COD2 multiplayer

whenever i play the call of duty 2 multiplayer thing i never get any servers when i go to join game...it just says 'getting list of servers' or whatever. i have the latest 1.3 patch.

You have it set to DSL or cable, or whatever right?
And not LAN?

Umm not sure if this would help, but try turning off all your firewalls..Sometimes when I host games, and have a firewall up, other people cant join...Just a guess, might help...who knows

i'm not trying to host a game, i'm trying to join games but it never brings anything up.

Are you sure that your firewall isn't blocking outgoing attempts to contact other servers? You might want to check the log, to see if you keep getting blocked.

Go on your firewall program. Then look for something that says log or, like mine, log viewer. If you have to, make an exception in the firewall for the server or IP address and port you need, and select allow. That should take care of any firewall issues with communicating with the game server.
