amd or intel

i want to builed a gaming pc but i dont know if i should wait for the new intel cpu. i read a little but i am still confused. plz i need help

im no expert with processors, but i think amd is better for gaming. i dont know. it might just depend on the processor.

If you want to buy a processor now, AMD will be better for gaming. BUT, if you want the BEST performance, wait for the Intel Core 2 (Conroe) (I think it comes out end of July). Check it out here how the Conroe kills the FX-62 (current best gaming processor). Again, if you want to buy now though, buy an AMD. Hope this helps
