You'll have to get one aftermarket somewhere. It's just another bolt on aftermarket product for your car. Mine came stock with the factory aero kit. Here's a site that have some options for Mercedes:

Yeah, there is a model that doesn't have that orange side reflectors for a cleaner look but I can't find those. If I were to get rid of the reflectors, I would need an amber bulb to flash the orange. Otherwise, it would be illegal here in california. Those are the ones I want. Man, then I would get this HID Xenon's put in there or whatever lights would fit. That's an eBay item and looks pretty cheap.

Some of those people on car domain actually removed those orange reflectors by sticking a long screwdriver through the holes where the lights are and broke it up. Then it is taken out through the hole where the lights are. I think it still looks good with the orange reflectors.
