Difference between two Acer monitors

Hello.
I was looking through Tigerdirect.ca and i saw these two monitors. One seems more expensive than the other while the other one has a better contrast ratio.

Tell me what you think is the difference between these two screens and whats up with the price difference.

the first one has a contrast ratio of 800:1, so its better.

The main difference is the contrast ratio. There is a higher viewable angle with the first one, but I don't think that would affect the price much.
