upgrading my laptop

you really cant upgrade a laptop except for the ram, which is pretty simple to upgrade yourself.

i'm looking to upgrade my memory and my graphics card if possible

you can upgrade ram but im not sure about the video card.... to upgrade the ram, there should be an unscrewable door on the bottom that you unscrew which exposes the ram.
