Hi,
Every so often I decide to look around my computer and delete some unneccesary files. Today I deleted some files, I don't know how big they were, probably a couple of gigabytes and they didn't seem to have deleted, the files were gone, but disk defrag still showed 7.52 GB Free, but they werent in the recycle bin, or c:/RECYCLER/*. Then I deleted an 8GB file and the same thing happened, it couldn't have been in the recycle bin because it was so large it had to be permanently be deleted. But it still remained at 7.52GB Free, I restarted but still the same. But when I deleted System Restore Points itgave me 3 more gigabytes, 10.35 GB Free, but where is the other 8GB?
a) The path was deleted but its still there.
b) (a), but it's deleting it slowly.
c) The computers moved it somewhere.
d) other

And if you know the answer can you explain to me how I can delete it. Thanks. :)
