Deleting Desktop Images

Hello everyone. I've been reading Computer Forums for a while now and I have finally registered.

However I have a problem:

I share the computer with everyone in my family. I have instant messaged people for work and saved the important conversations for further reference. When I go to the options where you change the desktop image, the conversations are there. I deleted the original conversations, but on the options, it says "Copy of _____", instead of just "______". I can post a screenshot if needed. I have spent a lot of time on this because I do not want my kids to read them.

start up your IM and save another conversation, watch closely and remember where the default save place is. that is where most of your conversations should be.
