This is a sad story, the guy didn't give a crap that the lady's mom died, he just wanted to get his bonus. At lesat they could of said "Due to our company ploicies and you not being the primary accoutn holder of this account we need to check with the corners office if your mom truly passed away, once we've confirmed this we will promptly cancel your account, we are sorry for your lose"

Instead of saying we can reduce your hours so you can maintain our service!

AOL is a POS. All I do with their CD is to hang them on the wall...as my trophee of victory.


If I could, AOL would be bombed....and no longer exist. AOL is mean, cold hearted and malevolent.
