compositing in video editing programs

in programs like final cut pro, adobe after effects, and others, i know they are capable of doing alot. but say, if I capture something in front of a blue screen, and then i want to put the people in a scene, would those programs be able to do it by themselves, or would I have to go frame by frame?

My dad has Final cut Pro downstairs on his g5, even though he doesnt do things of that nature ( he does weddings, birhtdayse ect) the program costs about 1000uds, so im sure it can. Maybe try checking a final cut pro forum, im sure they have tons of those, considering how confusing of a program that is...Hope that helps a u a bit..

i wouldnt think so. its channel 250 on rogers digital cable.

i think it only comes on digital cable packages
