how to keep someone banned?

Hi everyone,

Im new here and i have a question. I have website from clantoolz.com. I have this 1 person i need to ban for certain reason but he seems to not care and he keeps changing his ip and returning to my site and making trouble. I was wondering there is a way i could keep him from coming back?

The IP addresses that you are seeing are probably not this one persons at all. There are options out there to surf without a trace, so to speak. If you know who it is, and you're sure, and they are harrassing you, you should report them to their ISP- not that it will do any good.
