sundisk transflash 64MB is the one which comes with it. i was given the choice to upgrade it to 512MB for an extra £50. which i didnt do, i never use the songs on my phone.. ive got an mp3 player, ipod and car stereo... so i never need to use it.

im talking about the v3i!! thats the newest version of the razr, along with the v3x and there was one more he told me about... if you buy the old version of any phone itll suck compared to modern phones.
