Whats wrong with that monitor? Looks fine to me.
The only thing on that list that doesn't seem to match up is the CD drives.
Now, for not much more, you could get a DVD reader that'll read both CD and DVD for games that need this.
Also, a DVD writer that reads/writes DVD's at 16x, with CD read/writing speed of 48x, won't cost you much more either.

You need to decide on the processor though. What do you want to do? Wait? Or by a real cheap CPU now, and then update in a months time?

Thats the cheapest AMD 64 processor I can find on that site... Now its a bit much to be thrown away after a month... but I guess you could sell if you wished, if you honestly can't wait.
Or theres this which is only a few dollars more, and is a 3200+ version of the same core:
