The first one is better. They are quite similar, but the 1st one is capable of using both pci-e slots at 16x when having 2 vid cards.

i used to use the one u have now and the biggest problem i found with it was that it would put the ram into 2T mode after it got to 250mhz on the fsb, the first one fixed that problem and also has the benefit mammikoura posted
