i was just wondering: is fast and the furious tokyo drift a sequel to the previous movies? if so then i would really like to see it because i loved the first 2

I haven't seen it yet, but from the trailers I've seen, it looks like a totally independent story. It doesn't have that serious edge, seems like. The first one was an "A-", the second one was a flop and I give it a "D", and the third one (according to the previews), maybe a "C+". I'm still going to watch it anyways....unless anyone one else that has seen it want to fill us in?

The Fast and the Furious movies have always been retarded in terms of the plot and storyline. All you really watch it for is the cars and the girls. I especially like the Drift King's Nissan 350Z. Man oh man is it nice...
