because 7.0 ghz sounds ridicolously fast where a dual core 3.5 ghz doesnt sound as fast. if your a somewhat computer illiterate computer advocate, and you see 7.0 ghz your probably going to shit your pants at this seemingly god like processor. Whereas if he advertised it as a 3.5 ghz dual core processor, the average computer illiterate person probably wouldnt do much more then wet themselves at most.

I love how he says it will peform at 7ghz though, haha thats completly misleading.

That's the thing...it runs at 7GHZ...which is theoratically flase. 2x 3.5 is realistic and I prefer to hear 3.5 + 3.5 than 7GHZ.

Haha, someone should buy it and immediately sue him for wrongful advertising. Technically you could, because a dual-core that runs at 3.5ghz DOES NOT mean it runs at 7.0ghz, so someone with a eBay account should really comment on how stupid and misleading he is and warn future viewers that the "7.0ghz" they're seeing isn't all it seems.
