Well, a hard drive containing multiple partitions allows you to "lower" your drive's effective access time, providing you with a more responsive system, so yes.

okay cool. i can just partition my huge drive. maybe like 50gb for music/media. and 40g for windows. and 150g(or whatever's left) for programs etc.

Something like that. Some people like to have a separate partition for swap files too.

Virtual memory. You can have it set to a partition, given the right amount of space.

Yeah. I hear different numbers from different peoiple. But most I hear are anywhere from 3GB-6GB.

keyboard(i bought it new from a friend for like $30)
speakers (also bought from a friend for $50)

the second "paragraph" or w/e its called is in the mail still. i should be getting it tomorrow. and when my pc is all put tohether, i'll post pics.

well, i got a 2998 for 3d Mark 06. is that good?
btw, i had my memory set only at 450mhz and cpu at 2170mhz (217x10).

oh yeah. and is that a decent oc. my vcore is only at 1.400. but thats as high as my bios lets me go. i hear some people use up to 1.700 on other boards. dang, i guess this mobo aint all that. well, actually, other than that low voltage capability, its not bad at all.
