Hey, I got this friends who has virus that eats away at his nortan files and buggs the internet browser so when clicked on it leaves a message saying *your happyness is over* and then after 40secs the pc reboots.
I tolled him to try and locate the virus and use safe mode to delete it but it just crashes the safe mode as well, as hes said.
Is there anyone familiar with this virus and has a idea how to get rid of it?
