Which memory is faster?

Uh, the first link took me to Arctic Silver compound.

However, the faster memory will be the second one. Notice that they have a different number of pins, so they are not interchangeable.

You didn't fix the link... And, going DDR2 is your best option. However, can you not get something like DDR2 800, instead of 533?

the mobo specs say that the DDR2 standard is DDR2 533... besides this is for a budget build, and I am running a 533 mhz celeron D.

I didnt think you could get mobo's that supported both DDR and DDR2.
