About the Motherboard

How can I tell if my motherboard supports IDE Ultra ATA100 Or "IDE Ultra ATA133 or any Other types?

Get everrest by going to oldverison.com or .net i'm not sure find install it get your mobo information and google the specs. You could also look on your mobo it self it will be a long gray or blue or black thing on the edge of your mobo near the front of the mbo (ie pointing towards the CD, HD and all that stuff)

Ok i tried the everest thing, but I still couldn't figure out what to google, And If I do decide to look at the actual mother board what exactly am I looking for and what should it say?
