I dont think that would be 4.8 Ghz, I mean, that one that DELL built, at 4.26Ghz, that needed insane cooling, and that was getting hot enough..

But in a laptop..

He probably just took 4800+ to mean 4800 megahertz, which equals 4.8 gigahertz. A rather commmon misconception about AMD processors.
