I leave mine on overnight and have Folding@home and Azureus running. Or sometimes I leave my computer running overnight for video encoding.

Windows XP Pro SP1. Zero updates. 99.9% uptime.

I wish I could leave my computer on overnight to do 3D renders, but even then, probably in about 6 hours, I'd only get about 15 frames rendered in high resoloution with full settings on. Pretty useless

It seems alot of people leave theirs on. I guess if its quiet enough, you just don't notice.

i like it when its loud, you know, backround noise, i cant stand it when its silent, because then if i hear the littlest thing it wakes me up.

Well when I sleep I have a window fan on high I dont ever notice noise lol
