Not evan booting

Right.
Long story short. Fried my Mobo.
Got warrenty got replaced.

Had that working Fine. 2 days or so. Come home. Turn on pc. No boot. Only the Mobo/Cpu logo screen, and Thats it. Cant evan open Bios on the screen like normaly.
Well question is. Wtf.?

Intel pentium 4, 3.0ghz
MSI 865PE Neo2 mobo.

Take it back on warranty.If u cant do that try replacing the clock battery and maybe check all the ide cable and make sure you dont have any drives set the same as another drive e.g

CDROM Slave
HDD slave
