yep.. used to have to:

6.30am - village link 5 from thaxted to stansted airport
7.15am - 33 from airport to chelmsford
8.45am - 42 from chelmsford rail to college
9.00am - arrive at college, if buses running on time (which hardly happened)

to get home..

5.00pm - 42 from outside college to chelmsford rail
5.25pm - 33 from chelmsford rail to stansted airport
6.05pm till 7.00pm - sit at stansted airport doing nothing (missed the 5 by 5 mins..)
7.00pm - village link 5 to thaxted
7.30pm - get home

leave the house at 6.30am, home at 7.30pm.. not bad for a 9-5 at college...

ah the joys of driving

£13 a week for the 5 and £22 a week for the other two

got the £22 back through expenses though.. as it was college travel, the 5 i had to pay for cause i go to the airport for work anyway..

Whoa,in australia (were i live) when you are 16 you can get your learners (You have to have a person wit there full license for you to be able to drive leggaly)when you have gotten 50 hours driving and you are 18 you can get your Provisionals (your not aloud to drive anything over a v6 and no turbochargers and you can only go 100 Kmh) then when you have built up about 200 Hrs (I think) and when you are 20 (I think its twenty one i dunno)and then you can get your full license.

ha, thats cool.

But it seems like everyone gets a car for their b-day. My parents are making me pay for half. Only thing is they own it!

Ha, that sucks, anyways, congrats, driving changes everything.

hope you get a system in it, lol :D
