Since I've been here, I've seen rules ammended
new avatars in place (on at least two different occasions).
3 new forums (gallery, processors and general electrics).
member of the month threads done
advertising companies switched.
posts stiked
posts unstickied
new moderators made,
(even) moderator powers taken away

All at the behest of users, So yes, this suggestions section DOES work, it just so happens that not all suggestions are good, possible, relevant or critical.

Besides which, as I said earlier,

does anyone actually know what the graduations between the reputation points are?
No I thought not, perhaps you have to get 30 to move up a box, or perhaps 40, 50 or a hundred...
in which case they arn't broken and the suggestion isn't even relevant!

Here is a simple question,
How many reputation points do you have, and how do you think that this shoul reflect against the little boxes under your name?
