I Need A Program

What do you mean by very very high. If you mean compress them very well, then you're best to use something thats already developed by a large corporation, being as their methods are FAR better then ours.
This is the Computer Programming section. For programming i'm sure.
Not to be mistaken with "Programs"
Try winrar, and when zipping, chose compression method "best" instead of normal.

you could try
winzip
winrar
pkzip
windows zip folders
cazip
ultimatezip
gzip
zipmagic
powerarchiever
7zip
(to name but a few).
but they all have pretty simillar compression ratios... last time I tried it, (about five years ago) 7zip had one of the best compression ratios, it's also free...

but winrar didn't give you the kind of compression you needed then I don't really hold out much hope for you finding anything a great deal better than that.

He simply doesn't know how to USE winrar. Just arciving it without switching it's settings can't really help.
Did you set the compression method to : Best?

As John said, this is an impossible task...

if (as john also suggested) you are trying to fit it onto a diskette then you might want to try zipping the file to the disk as this will let you span the archieve over many disks.

(something that will be a lot harder to set up if you've zipped the file to your harddrive first).
