nvidia geforce FX5200??

okay this card sucks! it plays driver 3 worse, same with la rush, fs2004 is the same, same with bf1942. i'm taking it back. how bout a nvidia geforce 6600 over the integrated 6100?

hell yeah. the 6600 would be like night and day compared to the 6100/5200
man, even if you're going to get a 6600, SAVE UP for a 6800GS. i'm telling you, that card would be great for those games, and last you. but the 6600 would still be good

If you're a heavy gamer, don't skim on the video component. Spend that extra money and get any 7 series video card.

I hear it the 7300GS has trouble running games like Battlefield 2 at resolutions higher than 800x600 with the quality settings on high. If you are a hardcore fps gamer and you want to get the most out of a game graphically, then this card is not going to fit the bill. However, with lower quality settings enabled, it could prove to be an ok graphics solution for the price. It's at sub $100 now but you get what you pay for.

Look, you are obviously budget driven, but for the love of god.. Listen to me.

If you want to play any of those games decently, get either a 6600, 6600GT, or a 7600GT. If you have the money, then by all means get better than a 7600GT. Any of those cards would brutally mangle the FX5200/6100, or even that 7300 for that matter.

I have to say if you must go for a budget video card, the 7300GS is the card to get. Personally, I wouldn't get it. I go for the big guns, but I have a bigger budget

i have the fx5200 in one of my dell computers. it's a horrible waste of money. try and get a return if you can.

yeh i have a 5200 right now.... IT SUCKS!!!!...only 20fps in bf2...building new comp soon ....hope this helped
