One more...Error installing SQL

It probably seems like I'm falling apart over here lol

Anyways, we created a backup server running Windows 2003...Now this server is older than a North American Allosaurus. Its an ML 370 but I doubled the memory and added an extra processor...and when I try to install SQL after 10 minutes of running I get this error:

Any ideas of what is causing that or how to resolve it? Google is not giving me too much help...

Try to reinstall SQL, sounds like it left some files/packages out. Also make sure the servers all up to date etc..
