would this run final cut express?

yeah, it should run it. but installing mac os x on your pc would make it run faster and more efficiently (final cut)
 
which version? final cut express HD? if yes, your srewed.

will that run it with no/very little lag? cuz like some of my video editing is getting serious. so i need something reliable.
