The Mothboard should fit. However, the motherboard size might be a tight fit. Beings It fits standard ATX, and the MOBO is standard ATX.

P.S.
Most people don't recommend piece by piece. But I would start withe the cheapest parts first. The more expensive ones will drop in price more rapidly then the lower priced items.

The items I recommended are pretty up to date, and they wont stop making them for probably years.
