Does it have anything to do with the fact that its fat 32 and the rest are ntfs?

Yes I am logged in as admin. Its selectable on all the other drives except this one

I thought maybe cause its on the same IDE cable as the ntfs. I changed it and moved it to an external case. I tried it with the jumper on slave. then cable select. nothing works trying to get partition magic now...

I got the full thanks tho. i'll let you know in a min if it was successful in changing the drive letter

Says change drive letter...I select it...and no options. just says "none" when i go to the list. It also is lit up yellow and says goback where it shows the drive. Could the go back system in the gateway comp have done something to this ?

Under partition magic...it shows goback...in place of where it should say fat32
