Do you have a web page of some sort in place on the server right now?

Check to make sure that the ip of the server hasnt changed, (your internal ip)
And make sure that the port forwarding is set to the correct ip of the server.

My server is running on a WinXP home edition computer. Does it have to be a different OS? Is there a place where I can download IIS?
