Slow Computer

My computer has been running a bit slow and i was wondering if anyone knows of any programs that will speed up my computer or get rid of unnessary stuff

try a defrag.

how many programmes do you have running on it?
you might be running some unnescasary programes that you can turn off.

Make sure there's no spyware or adware running the background, and download WinPatrol to monitor your running programs...

Well I have already defraged, ran adware, spyware, and virus programs. So how do I know what programs are unneccasary and how do I turn them off?

i use winpatrol.
download it run it then see what programes it has running.
if you see things like "photo shop" say for instance what you only use once a month, then disable it. it cant start again unless you let it. i bet you have half a dozen unnescassary things running at start up.
