ive purchased a new computer that has an hp 840b dvd burner. it will burn cds and dvds fine, but now it will only burn dvds. cds will not burn. i know its not the media because ive tried all different brands. whenever i go to burn a cd the buffer completely stops and then i get an error message. i've tried using nero and roxio. any suggestions?
