Don't think you can, but if you use Winrar you can put a pw on the .rar

Ok here it goes.

Make a folder that you want to be secure, and send it to a compressed .zip file

Then open the zip file by double clicking it. Select File>Add Password

Enter the password you would like to use.

and your done. and all using windows.
