idk why my browser is doing this. but when i click on the maximize button the whole window opens up and goes over my start button and that whole row.
its not a big deal but its getting annoying because when i get an IM i have to his the start button on my keyboard.
also i did resize the window to fit and not cover start button but i move it by accident and it gets really annoying.

look at the bottom of the screen and you'll see the explorer taking over my start button and stuff and its maximized
