how did john get vista alredy its not even out. This sounds Notorious and i think Drum thrasher has the better PC His CPU is alot nice for gaming graphics.. well i dunno what kind of motherboard you have but if its pci-ex than you could destroy your friends comp lol (sorry to the friend)

your computer is much better IMO, u cant base it on the clock speed of the cpus since both cpus run differently but performance wise the amd owns that intel

EDIT: btw u would see a massive improvement if u got a video card so get one as soon as possible, if u are not sure which one to get start a thread telling us your budget and what u'll be using it for
 
cant you do any bench marking like 3dMark05 and Performance Test 6. then from those scores you can really see who is the winner
