I Overhauled Windows XP SP2 to look like this.

Download WindowBlinds, PM me once done.

There is a program called Vista Customisation Pack v3.5 that modifies some system files. By doing these steps, you can have Windows Vista, all with the stability of Windows XP. Although, the Log Off and Shut down buttons don't work, they are situated to the left of it.

As I said, Install WindowBlinds and PM me once done! I mean it.

Ya now that I think of it that recycle bin icon doesn't look big enough to be real vista.
