trojan

Hi all,

I know this may have been asked before but can anyone tell me the best way to get rid of a trojan.

I have run spybot and adaware and also win fix but i'm still getting pop ups and it's slowing everything down.

Spybot and adaware both detected a trojan but cannot get rid of it for some reason.

I am unsure how it got on as I have Norton running. I think maybe one of the children may have ovridden a warning on norton and let it in that way.

Any help would be great.

or boot into safe mode and scan and delete..

do u kno what file co'ntains it? cuz u could find it under your process in task manager then scan and delete

cheers for the info ARRIZX not sure of the file it s in and not sure which is the best progrm to run on the list.

i'll try and find out some more info on it.
