I need your inputs

I could never get my omelette to come out that round. I like to brown my eggs a little by leaving it in the frying pan a bit longer on high heat. Tastes so good that way. I'm never tired of eggs.

Hmm, wonder how roast beef would taste in an omelette
 
lhuser, did you add milk into it? Not much, that will make a huge difference.

Bit of salt as well, and include a few greens and a few herbs.

Looks good though.
 
I already have some herbs in it. parsil t is. No, there's no milk in my eggs, I don't like them a lot with milk. Oh salt eh? Sure, I'll add some.
 
Seriosley, add a little milk, not alot if you dont want to, but you will really taste the cream, and it will be that extra fluffy.
