Hey there I just wanted to ask does a ZYXEL prestige router offer a proxy service to set up because I want to secure my home entwork against the crap that comes in from the internet.

It then saves me sorting out my brothers and sisters pc because they are too stupid to realise what sites there going on,

it wouldalso be safer and easier too, is there anyway I can get a LAN proxy to set up to filter everything within that router, or is there a way to imbed one in the router, i'm not as good about proxys and requite a little advice.

Thanks for listning

Most routers, have a sort of blocking that you can set up in them, i know the linksys ones do, so that you can block out sites by keywords. like pr0n sites etc..

Yes my router does have this, but it gives mea check box that says enable URL blocking and if I tick that I can enter a URL I want to block, but the bad thing is I want to filter the word "porn" gambling etc. anyone know how I can do this.
