everything I need for DVD burning?

I want to burn DVDs, like the ones you buy at the store with the menus and subtitles, and all that. What programs do I use to crete the DVD, and burn it, and How do I create subtitles? Is there anything else I need to know. And how do I create video files to burn on the dvd, using the comp. (not actual video with a camera, but like scrolling text.)

I'm not sure how to make subtitles like the DVD's have... Though you could just use windows movie maker and add subtitles...but of course they are always there. There's probably something at VCDHelp.com

Burning software, if you get a retail DVD-Burner, it should come with software to burn.

I am pretty sure that a version of Nero can do most to all of that.

Yea I believe nero can do thatr. My friend made a skating video, and well we made sub memos and all that good stuff it was pretty easy. I'm sure we used nero.
