What SHOULD i get for $400

Hello,
Ok i am not sure weather i should spen my money on a new graphics card or a LCD monitor for my comp.

My comp specs: AMD3700 2.7ghz, 2gb RAM, A8n nForce Ultra 4 mobo, Nvidia BFG 6600GT.

Or you can gimmie anyother ideas i should spen some money on.

Please dont show me that, I wanted it so bad! We just got a new plan I held out for so long, thinking it will come to cingular soon. To my disapointment it didnt yet, so I had to get the damn w600i. Now im hearing that phone will be CARRIED by cingular, which means new plan= SUPER CHEAP W810i which means ill be crying saying I shouldve gotten that. it will be out with cingular in june.

Yeah were totally taking the thread over, but some one in my class has the w800i so you know how I feel. Its like yeah I just got the w600i what biotch!! Its like yeah and I have the w800i lol..Its still cool though
