I have an old eMachines with a 501 processor with 256mb of ram and a two 80gb hard drives and a 18" lcd touch screen. I use it on my boat to search the web with clearwire, watch t.v. and DVD's, and play my xbox. Right now I have an old t.v. tuner card and a 16mb video card.
The performance of it using the xbox does not suck but I wish it could be better. What would be the best thing to do at around 120$. I'am not sure if I sould just buy a new t.v. card or if I should just buy a new video card or add more memory?

Ya It does not do to bad. The t.v. card has a video input and i use a adaptor that lets my plug the sound part on fy A/V cable in to my microphone jack.
And some how xp works on it to.

dude, it your just plugging your xbox into your tv card. thats not running xbox games on your computer. running them on your computer would mean using an emulator, putting the game into the computer cd drive, and everything. anyway, getting a better video card wont do anything...
