Also, just a question. When installing the water blocks is it good to use a thermal compound between the CPU and the block, as in which you would use with a HeatSink?

I didn't scower Google, but I can't tell what the fittings are on the Pump, can't tell if they are ½ inch fittings...

it all looks ok to me and yes u do need to use thermal paste, the purpose of thermal paste is to make good contact between the cpu and the block
