cheap monitor distributor

does anyone know of a cheap monitor distributor? the cheapest ive found for a monitor is a 15 inch lcd at walmart. i would like to find one under that price. i just want it to be lcd, 15 or more inches, and under 150 dollars. dont know if one even exists, but whatever lol
