I've heard great things from Nortan's Internet Security. They don't offer Spyware Protection, but then again I'll use Spybot, and Ad-Aware.

My dad did a ton of research into this a while back for his laptop. Most reviews concluded that Norton and Zone Alarm were almost the same, but zone alarm was a hair better.

I'll go for expirence. Norton has great AV features, don't you agree?

Kaspersky works fine for me, along with winows defender. also AVG is good.

i vote zonealarm pro

these all cost money i believe and IMO all you need is a decent free antivirus/spyware/adware program and common sense about opening wierd emails and downloading files. also being careful which websites you visit (porn sites cause all sorts of problems). AVG is the best i've found so far(tried Microsoft AntiSpyware, AdAware SE, Spyware Doctor, avast, Antivir, etc.) though i have heard very good things about the free version of bitdefender.
