Re: computer repairman but better paid
start a custom building website (make sure you have LOTS of iventory, and selction, get contract with a wholesaler, insurance, all that crap), and offer the best service and lowest prices around to establish a good reputation, and make money off of advertisment and extended warranties, or if you're REALLY good with customization, you could speclialize in that. Theres people out there that will pay top dollar for awesome customizations.

thought about that. shipping would be killer. only LCDs...no CRTs.... i can do great case mods/ custom cases but as of now i don't have access to metal saws or anything i'd need to do it. have to be available at all times for support and have super fast shipping (newegg understands the advantage fast shipping is). i recently heard about a computer store chain in spain where you go in, choose your parts(they have a wide selection), then put it together yourself(with help if neccisary). hmmm anyway.....back to the topic....any thing someone else can think of short ofstarting my own business?
