GOD DANG ADS (i think its spyware but it wont go away with spybot s&d)

please help, i just fixed my comp yesterday with the whole not being able to connect to any network....but now i am getting swarmed with spyware and my spybot is doing almost everything except for the stuff that is run by the system ive been getting alot of "ad.firstadsolution" stuff and there are about three different ads but usually 5 of each type up at a time

reboot your computer and press F8 to bring up the boot options screen, boot into safemode and then run a scan with spybot search and destroy. try that

it gets rid of everything but 2 objects and (almost) everything still pops up

what kind of computer is it? did you buy it from a retail distributer like HP or Dell? and when did you get it?
