Mozilla "Missing plugin"

Alright so i love FF, but when i want to watch videos like putfile and some other paintball video sites i like to watch. I have to watch them in IE which i hate using. Becuase FF always says Missing Plugin, and i cannont download the plugin so yea, is there a Plugin Pack that i can download so i wont run into these again? I never had this problem before until i refomted my comp.

Try instaling
Macromedia Flash player and
Shockwave player
i dont know if those will help but hey give it a try

na i have all those, its like Windows media player 9, but i have windows media 10, so i dont get it....

Doesn't Putfile use Quicktime stuff? Or, am I messing up some sites?

It has quicktime and WMP
