Driver help!

This is my first time here so if this is in the wrong place sorry.

REcently i went to put a game in my computer drive. And it didnt read it so i went to my computer etc etc and clicked it there. and it said the disk was not formatted and may be corrupt. so i tried it i n the bottom drive and it still didnt work. i know nothing about computers. so please help me. what could be wrong?

From this description I'm guessing you have two rom drives and neither is reading the "game" disk ........ is it a bought or burnt disk ???

I'm guessing you have a faulty game there man, i'd take it back and get your money back or ask for another one.

OK, another couple of questions:
the game ...... what is it?
the disk ........ CD or DVD?
the rom drives .... CD and/or DVD?

Is it possible the game is on a DVD and both your rom drives are CD ?
